Pros

I enjoyed my time at TN. Mr. Vaccaro truly cares about his employees. Free lunch, breakfast, snacks, onsite gym, outside gym membership discounts, family gatherings....the list goes on and on!

Cons

Some of the manager were not friendly and could be unprofessional at times.

Employees are excellent Work is engaging Recognized for hard work, going the extra mile. Compensation is comparable to other companies in the local market. Benefits are great. Company is growing

Cons

Company is currently growing quickly so you have a slight culture change happening internally. The way we used to do things vs the way we want to do them moving forward.
