Pros

Great job to start your career. Offers plenty of hands-on experience in multiple different departments. Get a feel for basic office work while also getting to do projects in more specific fields. Great management.

Cons

It can a be a lot of work at times. Always something to do!

Pros

The company pros are the free food, laundry, gym, casual dress code, friendly coworkers, various clubs to suit different interests, and decent company parties and happy hours. The Executive Support program specifically is a good starting platform for recent graduates looking to get their foot in the door and allows employees to make widespread connections throughout the company.

Cons

At times, Executive Support is nothing more than a glorified internship, as the job duties include being a receptionist, delivering mail, and performing mundane tasks that it seems others are too lazy to do themselves. However, Executive Support employees will get noticed for exceptional work they put into both the mundane tasks as well as major projects. As long as you work hard, you will move on to a job that you like and suits your interests.

Pros

- free food - can work there with no professional experience (for career development program)

Cons

- Lack of company direction, competitors were way ahead of the curve in regards to innovation and brand awareness - CEO not focused and very disorganized - In all departments you become at will to any projects the CEO decides to give you, the company is run more like a family business than a corporation - Turnover rate was insane I saw so many people come and go over the past 8 months of working there - There was a lot of negative opinions about the company from employees who have been there many years - Underpaid is an understatement they pay way below the average salary for the position titles - There is absolutely no room for career growth - you are basically given a title that has nothing to do with the actual job - Poor management - Management was disorganized and only wanted to please the CEO even if it meant going against their beliefs! - Poor company structure - the way the company was laid out made absolutely no sense because there were so many "brands" under the domain of TicketNetwork.
