Management and HR lie in interviews to glorify the job. They promise student loan repayment, and business courses to help you improve, but once you start working, they say it got cut from the budget. Management will constantly force you to take on tasks that are not in your job descriptions, but will refuse to give out raises. Micromanaged, you have to log every second of your day including bathroom breaks Lots of false promises as management will tell you anything you want to hear so that you will take on more tasks. Upper management is closed minded to suggestions and feedback, and tend to be very passive aggressive towards employees. It seems as if no one stays there for long, I witnessed 4 people quit within 4 days, and HR did nothing to investigate the managers. If you have any issues with your manager, HR will refuse to listen and tell you to work it out with them. Managers do not allow you to move around in the company.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback , I want to let you know it was heard. First, I'm making it clear to HR that there is no student loan repayment. What there is, is paid training for folks to learn skills that will help their job. We just announced hat we unilaterally raised all wages for employees making less than $40,000 a year and have a new minimum salary. Just to share with you we need to track time more efficiently for state and federal laws and need to enforce this across the whole company a lot of folks didn't like this but unfortunately we had little choice and tried to make it as far as possible. Yes, you are correct about too many meetings. I'm trying to have folks use there discretion in only doing meetings when it is necessary. Thank you for working at TicketNetwork and the feedback you have given.
