Pros

Free food, events were fun, good location

Cons

Could be fired for no reason at any time. Boss told me she was going to fire me to my face but decided not too. low pay high cost of health care. no opportunity for growth unless you flirt with people. Most people that work there feel they are entitled and get away with what they want. Shady company.

Pros

Good resume builder. Free food although there were some days the food was horrible! So many employees you're bound to make lots of friends. They had keg parties after work once a week but I think they stopped that...

Cons

You'll never get paid close to what you're worth and the CEO will flaunt how much money he has. No one has a clue what it means to be a good manager although there are some who are great managers. I had the worst supervisor you could ever think of but she's gone now. It's been about two years since I quit and SEVERAL upper management have left because the place is run so poorly. And so many people still there want to leave.

Pros

Free food, casual dress code, fun company parties, close to the highway

Cons

Horrible pay, poor management, shady business ethics, and an HR department that will literally do nothing for you, even if you're being sexually harassed by your boss. Pro tip: Google the CEO beforehand.
