Pros

TicketNetwork has many perks including free lunch, gym, laundry and garden. It is a young company so there is a great deal of opportunity for advancement. There are many different aspects of the company and management is willing to help you advance into whichever department you want. If you are a hard worker and go after what you want, this is the company to be in. You can do anything you want.

Cons

Very spontaneous which may not be everyone's ideal workplace. However, I like a change of pace every once in a while.

Thank you for providing your feedback. Over the past year, the company has been working to implement policies and programs that provide for a stronger management infrastructure while still maintaining our entrepreneurial culture. This includes such programs as a uniformed performance management program, management training, implementing a strategic planning process, and well-defined policies. Furthermore, we strive to ensure we have an environment where all employees are treated fairly and professionally. If you have a specific concern that needs to be addressed, please stop by HR to speak with someone.

Pros

Join TN to get some experience in the relevant field and then move on. Free meals program has been a good incentive. Some employees, particularly in engineering, are exceptionally talented.

Cons

There is no transparency from the management side (although they pretend to be transparent). Engineering department is beset with politicking and turf protection mentality that the engineering leadership seems to encourage. Some in the leadership do not encourage delegation of work while others seem to delegate it all. With most of the top business leadership gone, some of the critical business decisions are in the hands of those who have never been in complex business of event ticketing. Oh and the pay is not good.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Over the last few months we have implemented several avenues to keep employees more informed, such as weekly company newsletters, quarterly company-wide meetings, departmental open houses, and company-wide emails with updates on relevant matters. We offer our employees competitive salaries as well as a generous bonus program. Furthermore, we are a pay for performance organization and reward employees at all levels who deliver strong results and seize opportunities to drive the company forward.
