Pros

CEO of company is amazing, very family orientated. Cafeteria is incredible and FREE.

Cons

Salary should be increased for amount of work you provide. Raises and bonuses should be more frequent. Over a 2-yr period, no raises- Need to look at employee performance and create more room for advancement opportunities

Casual environment (in terms of work attire) Good benefits (free meals, gym, laundry, and others I did not use) Good managers in my department - approachable and willing to help with issues
