Pros

Free food, laundry facilities and gym onsite. Game room & farm animals. Relaxed culture and cool coworkers.

Cons

Power struggle in upper management causes segregation between company entities. Not a lot of room for growth, unless you play the long game. College vibe.

Small company, family feel with free food and on-site benefits. Very smart engineers and dedicated business leaders to work with.

Cons

Priorities can change suddenly, have to be adaptive and flexible. Secondary ticketing business, while totally legal, may not be a good fit for everyone.
