The vision's great--the execution is beyond poor.
Pros
The product's vision is great--lots of nice futures there IF they can ever get it working properly. The company's atmosphere and work environment are usually good, and you can see the reviews from the office folks here that they enjoy it. The biggest but here is that they are the office workers in support departments--if you look at the field departments it is a different story.
Cons
The field departments are expected to work overtime, including weekends, to meet the off-hours promotion schedule and test all new releases. Note that there are many and frequent new releases--sometimes to add new features but mainly to fix or enhance those that don't work. Customers get frustrated by the lack of working features and take it out on the field departments like Customer Success. The company continually misses sales goals, probably because there are not a lot of good customer references as a result of the poorly executed product. The benefits are lackluster and expensive, and as someone else noted the payouts of any bonuses of equity distributions is a convoluted mess.
