Pros

- Amazing teammates - Good benefits I really loved a lot of the folks I worked with. They were smart, hard working, and very thoughtful. I made some great connections. There are really great office perks: free food, massages, and a relaxed environment. The health benefits were pretty good.

Cons

There were a lot of issues with how things were communicated in the company. Transparency was in name only. The upper management talked a big game, but did not trust people that they hired to follow through. Things were constantly changing and shifting. There was very little stability. The wrong priorities set the roadmap for a very long time, and that changed a little too late. They laid off a lot of people who could have made a big difference. There was very little desire to be inclusive in their hiring. All of the vast majority of executives and leaders were men, and most of them were very similar. There were very few women in technical roles, and the management touted very, classically silicon valley attitudes about it. Lots of egos. Lots of big talk. Very little setting aside of pride and getting down to business.

Pros

Innovation, Able to work remotely as often as needed, great teammates, an awesome corporate culture in the heart of Silicon Valley

Cons

Unrealistic management & managers, no work life balance one your are put on a project. Salary may seem high but breaking it down to the number of hours spent working just doesn't seem fair

Pros

Some of the people still there are very talented. The product is unique to competition.

Cons

Very poor management. Some should never be managing people. Customer success not appreciated/understood. Culture of CYA and blame game.
