His way or the highway, that's why there are so many former Tidemarkers. The strength of my disappointment at how the company turned out has been one of the worst feelings so far.

C-Level Management: Soviet-style, top down and in your face. – Intimidating, bullying, offensive. A feature factory with no material future. If you are still there – get the heck out ASAP.
