Pros

- Product has the ability to be game-changing - Most people are bright and genuinely care about fellow employees

Cons

- Lots of turnover in the sales organization - Lack of visibility into management of remote leaders - Lack of self-awareness and overly inflated egos of remote management - Bonuses are never hit because the sales team can't hit the targets

Pros

Very innovative company focused on disrupting the legacy EPM/CPM space. Customers looking to transform the old legacy ways of managing corporate performance and allow for accurate and contextual data to flow throughout the organization are achieving great results. Amazing board of directors and executive team.

Cons

No real cons that would cause a new potential employee to not join Tidemark. Executive team is incredibly involved and supportive and is seeking to grow leaps and bounds.
