Pros

Tidemark is currently at the right space from where it has a huge potential to grow. Employees at present are quite committed to the vision and leadership of the top management. There is a sense of agility and synergy across the board. Executive team’s focus on core EPM needs as well on innovation is the step in the right direction. I believe Tidemark can and will disrupt the EPM market

Cons

There had been some low phase earlier this year but that is part and parcel of every startup especially the one who is willing to bring something different and disruptive to market. I am glad that this low phase has not discouraged anyone who is working at Tidemark. Rather it has provided resolute to stronger commitment

Pros

Tidemark has a great working environment: people are very friendly and willing to help each other out. From an engineering perspective, the company is trying solve some very interesting computational problems at scale: this is obviously very enticing, since work is not dull and boring. The technological stack which is used currently is very modern, and we frequently look for alternatives and tools which fit better. One very important perk is that we work with fairly big data sets, though not at the scale of Google or Amazon.

Cons

Tidemark is experiencing start up growing pains: both in technological front, and in the customer management front. These are typical problems that start ups face, and none of these are unsolvable problems.

Pros

People and the company: Very smart and nice people to work with. You can have huge impact on the product and the direction of the company. The product: There is a huge potential in the product and although there has been lots of challenges in the execution I believe the product is having a big impact on FP&A field. Lot's of innovations in the product and very good feedback from many customers who have understood the vision and use the product.

Cons

Same as many companies at this stage the challenge is to keep the product perform well while innovating and delivering next generation of the product.
