Good place to start your IT career. Great co-workers/mentors.

Cons

Micro management, Management does not empathize with the workload and always requesting more. Unrealistic expectation and requirements per month. If requirement isn't met you're threaten by management that you're going back to the office.

Good pay, benefits are great and it's a job full of friendly people who like what they're doing.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement in the company overall. Lots of people stay in the same position a very long time.
