Pros

by another review "Most of the non-management people are good people to work with.

Cons

TierPoint is just like any other company that under-appreciates and takes advantage of talented professionals. If you are one of these unfortunate talented professionals, you will be expected to work long hours for a director not very tech savvy or have even been in the tech industry. You will be confused about the culture St Louis management promotes in required "Culture" meetings because they won't even follow their own drivel. Instead they show you how to be cold, calculating, and ruthless. For these reasons, stay away from TierPoint, they are horrible unless you are part of the Good Ole Boy St Louis Club.

Pros

Most of the non-management people are good people to work with.

Cons

Management is horrible and all are out for their own interests and recent changes had little impact overall. Modern culture found at other tech companies is nonexistent. Constant chaos and changing priorities. Leadership is a joke. "Beatings will contine until morale improves" is a company value. Ceo has no idea how to build engagement nor buy in. Annual increases are low. Investment in employees is low. Burnout and being underappreciated is rampant.

Pros

Tierpoint is a great place to work with people that care about each other and care about the customer. The executive team is very much involved in the day to day and have invested a lot in new service offerings/improvements and data center expansions. The company overall is growing and they are a leading provider of secure, connected data center and cloud solutions at the edge of the internet. They have a beautiful new office near PNC arena in Raleigh, calling Raleigh their 2nd headquarters, St. Louis is where the CEO is located.

Cons

At times Tierpoint experiences growing pains but the executive team is quick to identify those and address them.
