      = Great Company to start or restart your career in Data Center Operations, Information Technology, and Data Management. =Great Benefits, Paid time off, and Holiday pay. =TierPoint provides paid training to new employees. = Great opportunities to advance within the company as employees acquire new skills and expertise. = Very supportive company staff at all level. HR, Managers, Supervisors. = TierPoint encourages its employees to continuously update new skills and provide paid training platform. =Family oriented work environment.

      =Starting pay on the low side.
