      Growing company, but mgmt herirchy is insane. It takes 10 meetings and 2 months to get amswrs to the most basic questions or to establish procedures for items that need to addressed immediately

      IT experience and pay is better than service industry.

      Cons

      Lowest IT pay and too many clients to handle with too little staff. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Get out if you still work there.
