Our support teams in Omaha, NE, St. Louis, MO and Valley Forge, PA are an excellent place to get started with TierPoint for individuals who have a desire to work in a technical field and have a customer service mindset. They serve as frontline customer service employees who get to set the tone for many customer interactions. Additionally, these roles largely serve as educational opportunities to help learn the company & trade, as well as grow your skills to a position on an implementation or engineering team or within a Data Center. We are always looking to progress, and we will certainly examine the perception that there is no room to grow within the company outside of positions at Bellevue.

The company itself is fairly transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization. Our team and direct supervisors meet with us regularly to discuss company/team direction, as well as, our personal growth plans. If you're looking for a place where you can make the best of your skills and surround yourself with people who are smart, and hard working TierPoint is the place for you. The compensation, and perks are top notch. The people are fantastic and always willing to help. You're given a Udemy account to use in any way that you deem fit to continue to build up your individual skill set in support of the organization. The experience during COVID-19 has been great. They've had us all work remote to stop the spread and protect us, as well as, our families. Even while remote I never feel alone. We have a large variety of methods of communication (phone, email, Microsoft Teams) and the organization leadership has been great about showing us they appreciate the remote work.

Cons

We're in a state of high growth which means a lot of changes to the organization. It can be rather confusing at times but it's good that we're growing so quickly!
