      Pros

      I came from the construction field but want to settle down from traveling the country. You have all the options to learn and grow with them.

      Cons

      Management spends to much emphasis on hiring upper echelon employees. The need for worker in the field is overlooked. You need the people that keep the clients equipment up and running more than VP's.

      Fantastic place to work

      Pros

      I enjoy being here. The people I work with are great. Being a small company (I came from very large companies) makes getting things done easy as you build relationships directly with people. So far, none of the senior leaders I've been involved with believe in micromanaging. The organization is very much built on trust and letting people have latitude to do their job.

      Cons

      I don't really have much that I can say for this category.

Team comradeship is so important to a vibrant culture and its one of our biggest compliments we notoriously receive from employees!       ***Who will be successful at TierPoint: People who are open to learning new things People who aren't afraid to take initiative, ask questions, go searching for answers that aren't given to them Bring new ideas to the table and keep coming up with new ideas even if they are turned down at first. Enjoys a fast paced environment with limited hand holding - TierPoint has been very proactive in handling the Covid-19 pandemic and have shown a ton of support and flexibility for people wearing many hats in their household

      Cons

      - TierPoint isn't for everybody and I think if we are more communicative to prospective hires of the expectations and reality here - early stage turnover would decrease

To your point, some of our most satisfied employees tend to be the ones who are willing to jump in, collaborate with others, and get their hands dirty regardless of their role within the company. They pull themselves up to the table and are part of the solution, either by leading it or by building it together. We are believe in transparency and are always working towards communicating better and better to our team, as well as those who are eager to join us!
