This place is the bane of my existence. The management is extremely hypocritical. This is an environment where they seem to reward misbehaving employees and brown-nosers yet punish the ones who genuinely want to make things better. God help you if you have an innovative solution to a problem and your manager is having a bad day, because they will somehow make you feel like an idiot and talk down to you. If i had a choice i would be working somewhere else. This is a 1 star store masquerading as a 5 star establishment. The management is everything wrong with corporate society today, May the hand of the devil strike these people who abuse their power, I damn them in everything they do.

Repairs can no longer be trusted and we have to charge for everything even if the right thing to do for the client is comp. They hold you and your bonus accountable to targets that they move throughout the year so you really have no chance to make it. Just when you think you hit- they add more. Budget cuts across the board make it very difficult to maintain relationships with long term clients. Communication has seriously faltered since takeover. Executive egos are too big and disconnected from reality.
