Pros

Relatively low stress. Predominantly female environment. Less competition than other companies. Stable company and very socially responsible. Good image. A very comfortable place to work if you don't have very high ambitions or a very agressive attitude.

Cons

A somewhat passive aggressive political work culture. Everyone seems nice and pleasant and pretends to like eachother but there is a whole lot of backstabbing. To be successful, it is not important to be smart, successful, or a good employee, just have a few babies and get promoted. The middle management structure is so incompetant that it would be better if it didn't exist. Upper management seems very confident and able, but they are blind to the middle management's many failures.
