      Generally good, but has been on the decline since re-orgs and lay-offs

      Pros

      - Most teams have great culture & WLB - Generally good engineering culture - Lower level employees are smart and supportive

      Cons

      - New SLT is disconnected from lower level employees & teams - Since the re-orgs in 2023, things have been chaotic - 2024 has seen one layoff round, with another one likely coming later in the year - Bonuses have been cut for everyone - Promotion process has become very complicated - The "Toast Culture" is gone, company is taking on a lot of the Amazon style culture - New CEO is shaking things up - Stocks not doing very well

      - compensation and benefits - office location and perks - talented team and good collaboration from teams

      Cons

      - stressful environment - heavy unpaid on-calls - top down decision from R&D leadership - old style senior managers who wants to get things done through pressure rather than supporting you - people getting sick and on leave due burnout

      Pros

      Mostly remote but not all the time. Only really pro. Some of the people are great.

      Cons

      Management are disaster. Very derogatory and micromanaging. The product is poor and extremely expensive. Not suitable at all for the Irish Market. Pay and benefits is also below standard.
