attractive company & product/service looking from the outside in, well designed & produced products,

once in the door, its a cumbersum, drilled role too heavily reliant on its numerous tools which make things so overly complicated, and the training is badly organised and too much pressure involved to get up to speed to get on the phones. very stressful customer service enviornment, perhaps other teams were better organised....who knows.
