The small team was supportive, and my coworkers were respectful and easy to work with.

Cons

The manager ruled through fear and intimidation. Discrimination was blatant, with constant judgment based on how people looked or dressed. Insults were thrown around freely, creating a humiliating and hostile atmosphere. The bias and arrogance from leadership poisoned what could have been a healthy workplace. Every day felt like walking into a room where dignity did not matter.

The so-called leaders at TodayTix are nothing short of bullies. The leadership is packed with toxic people who treat employees with open disrespect and cruelty. Verbal abuse and humiliation became part of the daily routine, creating an environment filled with fear and resentment. The atmosphere is poisoned by arrogance and hostility, making it unbearable to come to work. With pay that barely covers the stress and benefits that offer no comfort, enduring this place feels like punishment. No one deserves to be treated this way.
