Great perks and benefits, not for this position though.

Cons

The turnover is out of control because no one with self-respect can last here. New hires are not supported — they are bullied, disrespected, and humiliated by managers who act like spoiled children rather than leaders.

Under paid for the amount of work that we do. Upper management in CS is awful and very problematic. Constantly changing how we do things, and if you make any mistakes they will never side with you.
