Remote is in our DNA. Everyone has the freedom to work whenever, wherever and for as long as they think it's appropriate to accomplish their work, without blocking anyone else. It's liberating and for sure the future of work and I love being part of it. Work/life balance is key, no one overworks and this helps me as a young parent. At the same time, I feel that the work I do is meaningful and helps both the company and me to make significant progress! The company is in great shape (people, culture, financials)
Cons
If this is your first-ever remote work it might feel a bit lonely at first. Meetups are great though to meet and hang out with your colleagues. Advertised salaries might not always be the highest. Especially if you leave in an expensive city they might seem less competitive. I joined for the culture and the vision of what I could accomplish and I don't regret it at all, as the new 2022 benefits pack and really generous annual salary increases made Toggl a competitive global employer.
