Thanks for writing a review and sharing your appreciation for the company culture. We agree that remote work is a great benefit that also comes with equally important responsibilities. Not everyone thrives in an environment where they need strong self-discipline. We try to figure this out during our hiring process in the test weeks, where candidates get to work with the team.
