Cool people, they throw a great party. Day to day, not a party.

Cons

First off, they talk about Jesus so much... if you're not Christian... it makes you very uncomfortable. They preach about caring for each other, but really talk about you behind your back. Say they don't cold call but they do. The leadership is making all the money, and the more people they hire the better it is for them. They claim that you won't find a better opportunity and guilt you into staying.

No work like balance Cult like culture Zero money They make it out like you’ll never get anything better...I left this company and made $100k 6 months after I left. This company is comical. The people here have no skill set besides clothes. Do you want to be a glorified Nordstrom salesman with a college degree? Embarrassing. I worked in the ATL office and the culture is horrifying. They made me feel like I was going to live on the streets when I quit but I ended up in medical device sales making 200k. I promise no rep at Tom James makes that much money. And if they did... why would you want to sell clothes???

Not very many. One thing to consider is much of your pay is based on commission.
