Pros
- Enjoyed writing down my goals daily, things I was grateful for, etc. (this will not be taught by other employers) - Great full selling cycle experience - You build your own clientele (con - when you leave everyone fights over who gets who) - You can make great money if you're willing to have no life - Great people succeeding
Cons
- I would never in my life recommend this job to anyone, it was the most miserable year of my life - People are cool, but there's a lot of company gossip/drama - Terrible management - Absolutely no work life balance (even a doctors appointment is frowned upon) - Expected to work weekends - Be prepared to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the office and sometimes leave almost at 10pm (or later) - You need a car for appointments - Way more growth elsewhere - Expectations from poor management are high - When you quit people don't want to see you succeed elsewhere
