As a company that really strives to build and develop people, we are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Our opportunity, which is more entrepreneurial in nature than most, does have its share of hard work and long hours at certain times and seasons, especially when starting out. We do not have a base salary. What we have is a commission-based opportunity supported by a monthly support structure that is designed to gradually decrease over 24 months as the sales professional gains more skills and clients.
