I feel so fortunate to have found this opportunity. I was recruited right out of college, and have been steadily growing my business ever since. I have been here for over seven years, and love the business that I have been able to build. From the financial opportunity, to the relationships I have built with my clients, and co-workers. I feel so blessed, and thankful for the leadership to continue to provide us with this amazing opportunity. Since I have built a solid business, I now have a lot of flexibility to take time off, and take awesome award trips through different sales milestones. I also have the opportunity to lead and influence my team, and help them achieve what they want out of this sales opportunity.

Cons

This opportunity is really difficult and requires a lot of dedication. Having a clear "why" and reminding yourself of that ever single day is very important, especially when you are struggling, and not in a good mindset. You have to push through those low moments and continue to do the activity, because it will pay off

12-14 hour days. Low pay, base salary reduces monthly with the idea you will make more in commission. Cliquey/toxic culture at some locations. I’ve never worked at a company with so many HR concerns. “Ride days” with high performers - some who do not drive safely due to working while driving…

In general, this is not our management style. It is TRUE that many of the people we attract choose to work very hard in their first years of building their clientele. Our belief is that if we help people develop goals for the life they want to build, and help them develop an activity plan to accomplish those goals, they will use both their work ethic and their efficiency/creativity to figure out how to achieve them on a monthly basis.
