Fun to play dress up with people and make a positive impact on how women feel about themselves. Especially the young teenage girls that just want to dress like their friends and kind find clothes that fit well anywhere else.
Cons
Corporate ruined Torrid. The clothes are WAY too expensive for clothes that are no longer top quality. The company's answer to this is to sell the Torrid credit card. HARD!!! The quality of your time as a Torrid employee greatly depends on the management you're stuck with. And you get paid absolute trash. So if you have family wealth, or a well paid husband, this could totally be a great place for you to get out and play. Even when it was time for me to receive Sales Manager offers, the most I was ever offered was $17.50 per hour. Good luck living on that! Customers in this location can also be incredibly rough to handle.
