      Pros

      -good training -nice building with great facilities to use (gym, cafetieria, etc.) -co-workers are usually similar to yourself and easy to get along with

      Cons

      -60+ hour work weeks and no compensation for extra hours -required to work weekends, no matter how long you have been there -pay starting off is NOTHING compared to the work load

      Pros

      The sky is the limit. Great employees from the sales floor up into management and you are given all the tools you need to be successful. You can run your own book of business without being micro managed and in the long run you get out what you put in. Opportunity at TQL is well beyond the opportunities of many other companies. Job can be life changing, one of the best choices I have made in my life.

      Cons

      You do have to put in a lot of time and hard work. Not for people that give up easily or do no work hard.

      Pros

      I've been working with TQL for approximately 7 years and have to say there are many great reasons to work at TQL. Some of the best reasons are: Earning potential, beautiful / clean building with lots of amenities (running track, fitness center, basketball court, cafeteria), great culture (we do work very hard but we also have fun doing it), and our growth, which keeps it fun and introduces new opportunities on a continual basis.

      Cons

      In the beginning of the sales position, you do have to put in long hours - 60 hrs p/w and you are on call 24/7. Not sure if I would consider this to be a downside as much as I would view it as a temporary sacrifice. This is a great job for someone who's able to make the time commitment in order to be placed on the fast track. If you could advance quickly and earn good money without making some time sacrifices, something would be fishy in my opinion. We are also very upfront with people during the interview process to make sure they're aware of what they are signing up for.
