Pros
I've been at TQL for almost 5 years now and I cannot speak highly enough of my company. I joined the TQL family straight out of college and haven't wanted to leave. This company provides so much for its employees and management takes care of their people. Although this is my first "professional" job outside of college, I can compare it to what I hear from my older brothers and friends. Our facilities, benefits packages, work environment are all amazing and the list goes on. The CEO of this company invests a ridiculous amount back into TQL for the employees. This is an organization I am very proud to work for.
Cons
There are some cons for working at TQL, as with any company. They are as follows: as a Logistics Account Executive, you are expected to be on call 24 hours a day for your customers (and yes, you are notified of this during the application and interview processes). It's the service we provide and it's what you sign up for when you accept the job. There is stress involved with the job, but management does everything they can to limit the amount. They even offer stress management courses if you so desire - haven't had to sign up just yet. The good far outweighs the bad at TQL and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
