Only thing required to start your Sys-admin career is knowing English in speaking and writing.

Cons

*non-transparent (micro)management *low wages (well, since they recruit noobs, this can be considered irrelevant but later on as you progress, you salary doesn't rise so much) *lack of training for new stuff ...

They do not care about America

Get paid less than base wage with college degree yay

Cons

This company makes its money by taking highly paid positions in America and using uneducated foreigners who will do it for pennies on the dollar. If you are a real American this company should not be in your employ they are taking jobs from Americans during a pandemic to put money in their own pockets. What a disgrace. This should be illegal.
