Great entry level job, Exposure to many OS, Linux, Windows servers

Cons

Training program is non existent, Horrible weekend hours, expanding business with no solid plan and essential tools and people to make it work

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and a review. I'm sorry to hear about your experience and hope that since you left our company you've found the work environment you are seeking. Providing helpful feedback and training as we continue to grow has become one of our highest priorities. I worry about it too. Over the past three months we've worked to improve our on-boarding and training program by integrating newly created customer service and technical training courses into our employee training roadmap. Additionally, new team members are encouraged to job shadow peers with similar duties so they can learn about their job by walking through the work day with a teammate. That said, I'm thankful that you took the time out of your day to share your opinion here so that I and others can reflect on it and brainstorm additional ways we can adapt and do more to ensure others feel supported in their role with us.

Pros

I put in an honest days work and received a paycheck. It was a good experience overall, and I would recommend the company.

Cons

Some of the personalities there are interesting, but that should probably be expected with a lot of techy people. Had some very friendly coworkers too.
