- Training program - Flexibility on schedule - Helpful and Fun Co-workers - Promotion opportunities - Company Events - Business Goals are shared with everyone, and discussed, even lower level staff have a say and can help shape things

Cons

- Not much downtime - Push to meet KPIs and deadlines can be stressful sometimes

Pros

some people are great you can learn much if you are a beginner Great as a first out of college job can come to work in shorts.

Cons

low salary stressful no real insight in how to progress (or how bonuses are calculated) vacation days are not increasing the longer you work management has no ear for worker ideas (they really don't case what workers say)
