Pros

Great, approachable and ready to help staff.

Cons

Very low salary, not so great training for onboarding staff which usually comes with 0 experience. Very, very rare shift rotations.

Pros

- industry experience and knowledge gained - great progression and promotion opportunities - very friendly and cooperative colleagues - team leads are approachable, resourceful and patient - management is very kind and flexible most of the time - the hiring process is ethical and non-discriminatory

Cons

- no holidays - lack of promotion opportunities after 2 years - there's a chance of getting stuck in a department that you don't like without any logical reason or explanation - there's one team lead who's abusive to his/her team and nothing is being done to prevent this, even after several reports (but in most other cases, management dealt with abusive people promptly and efficiently)
