We are pleased to hear you are enjoying your experience and are satisfied with our generous time off benefit. We are constantly evaluating staffing levels and making adjustments – including hiring additional team members. We hired 150 RNs and 215 PCAs since July. We are grateful for your continued commitment to our patients, community, and Tower Health during this difficult time.

      Pros

      I am proud to have worked at this hospital while attending school. It is a great learning hospital. It is organized and teamwork is always enforced as well as placing the idea of going above and beyond.

      Cons

      When nursing floors are understaffed. When coworkers are lazy or have bad attitudes they get away with it.
