Pros

Tower health at home's benefits aren't too bad.

Cons

The new CEO and upper management are not doing a very good job. Lots of talk to improve without positive results. I would never recommend this place to any one looking for employment. Stay away

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are surprised by your review of Tower Health at Home leadership. The new CEO is very committed to growing the business to meet our community’s home health needs, as well as improving the experience of Tower Health at Home employees. We encourage all employees with concerns to speak with a member of their leadership team or to meet with their HR Business Partner, and hope you took advantage of this process. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for the 5 star review of Tower Health! We agree that our employees are some of the best and are so glad your experience was positive. Management works hard to provide a great environment for employees, patients and visitors and we are always happy to hear that this is happening. We are grateful for your service to the community and wish you well in future endeavors.

Pros

You work with a lot of amazing people, it is always busy and rapidly growing, you gain a lot of valuable experience, benefits are great.

Cons

Communication is not transparent, staff is overloaded with work but not given the time to delegate it to other people who have the skills and time to take on more. Employees are unhappy - due to COVID, there were layoffs, wage cuts, etc. but they are still hiring in those same or similar positions AND offering signing bonuses. C-Suite leadership did nothing to reduce the burden of layoffs such as taking their own small wage cuts (a customary practice in many places when businesses need to cut costs) to save the jobs of others but had no problem cutting doctors pay.

Thank you for providing a review and feedback on your experience with Tower Health. We are happy to learn of the positive experiences you shared with your coworkers and gaining experience in an exciting environment. We appreciate the recognition of our great benefits as we are proud of what we offer. However, your Cons and Advice to Management are concerning. Regarding communication and delegation of tasks, we are sorry that you felt overwhelmed as it is never our goal to add stress to employees, especially due to workload. COVID 19 did impact our hospitals, as well as health systems across the nation, which unfortunately led to reductions in force. We always encourage employees to bring any issues to the attention of their Manager or HR Business Partner, so they can be addressed. It is our hope that you did discuss these issues prior to your departure. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
