We are pleased to hear you were happy with your compensation. We are sorry to hear that you found the work environment to be poor. We are also surprised to hear that you found people to talk negatively about one another because we consistently hear from employees how much they value and like the people with whom they work. We encourage all employees to reach out to their HR Business Partner or to follow the management chain of command to share any concerns or issues they have so we may address them. We are sorry to hear that you found the work environment to be poor during your time working with us, because we are committed to creating a positive experience for all employees. We launched Leadership development training over a year ago at all of our sites and survey employees regularly to obtain feedback on their employment experience. We develop and implement action plans to address the top concern areas identified in the survey by employees.
