Pros

Many smart, dedicated people working there. Good pay.

Cons

Corporate culture hindering ability to give proper patient care. Upper management only interested in the bottom line. Not at all interested in patient or staff safety.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your experience at Tower Health. We are glad to hear that your co-workers are smart and dedicated! We see that across Tower Health. Thanks for also acknowledging that the compensation we offer is good. We are concerned about your statements related to management and safety and have shared your review with the Sr. Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer. We strive to create a safe and positive environment for all staff, patients, and caregivers. This is our highest priority. Please contact and speak with your HR Business Partner so we can further understand the specifics of your concerns so we can appropriately address them. You can do this confidentially. Tower Health Urgent Care

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Shift work. Full time is three 12s per week. Requires to work every 3rd weekend. Most urgent cares require every other weekend, so every 3rd is a plus. No on-call schedule.

Cons

Poor management and HR. Required to work every other holiday. They no longer close early on holidays. They offer Health insurance but there aren’t many Tower doctors in the area.

Pros

There are opportunities for advancement if you show yourself to be hardworking and professional.

Cons

Leadership is having a hard time staffing quality employees, and we're held back by substandard team members.
