Unfortunately, we are not sure what you mean by your comments related to employees and managers because we have found that employees of Tower Health have a passion for providing high quality care to members of their community. Thanks for taking the time to provide a review of your employment experience. Many employees echo your sentiment about how much they value their co-workers as well as appreciate the benefits we provide to employees. We know that parking at VF is not desirable but Security evaluates parking on a monthly basis to determine who they can move to on campus parking based on other movement. We also recognize your concern about not being able to post for positions at the 5 new Hospitals. We are committed to making that happen but because they are on different systems, we cannot easily transfer employees between Reading and the 5 Hospitals. We have made a few exceptions based on the situation. Please know our goal is to offer transfers from Reading to the new Hospitals in the near future once our systems are more aligned.
