Thank you for taking the time to review Tower Health, we always appreciate employee feedback. We are so happy to hear that you and your coworkers are motivated as we know that a good team is vital to career satisfaction. We appreciate that everyone is focused on patient safety as this is a priority to all of us at Tower Health. We are concerned that you do not feel there is room for advancement, as we work hard to ensure that all employees are provided with support and opportunities for career development, through training programs, tuition assistance and more. We’d encourage you to talk with your Supervisor or a Recruiter at your entity to learn how you can grow your career at Tower Health. We are grateful for your service and thank you again for the review.

Thank you for the 3-star review of Tower Health. We are glad to hear that you enjoy the comprehensive benefits as we are proud of what we offer. We are also pleased to learn that our employees feel they are shown appreciation for a job well done, as we know that a supportive work environment can make a big difference in career satisfaction. The cons listed, as well as advice to management, are concerning. We never want employees to feel underwhelmed or short-staffed and are constantly monitoring patient volumes and staffing levels so that we can make adjustments as needed to staff appropriately during times of increased patient census. Your concerns are important to us and ask that you meet with the HR Director or HR Business Partner at Pottstown so they may be addressed. We are grateful for your dedication to Tower Health and service to the community and thank you for the feedback!

We are concerned to hear about your employment experience and encourage you to reach out to you supervisor or to Human Resources to share your concerns so they can be addressed. We strive to work with employees as much as possible and within reason so they can continue to meet the objectives of their job as well meet the needs of their family.
