Thanks for your recognition that we pay employees well! We are sorry to hear that you found the work environment to be poor during your 10+ years at Pottstown because we are committed to creating a positive employee experience for all employees. As a result, we have launched Leadership development training at all of our sites and survey employees regularly to obtain feedback on their employment experience. We develop and implement action plans to address the top areas of concern for employees.

Pros

Tower Health is continuously growing and providing some great value to the communities it serves. The organization really emphasizes the importance of delivering great health care to its patients while keeping cost affordable. Its a mission that all employees can really take pride in. I am fortunate to be part of the Supply Chain (purchasing) department which has an innovative leadership team equipped with great vision who challenges their employees to think outside the box to deliver solutions that support the organization's mission. Its rare to find such a great team of people in a company that allows for growth and continuous improvement while providing great benefits and compensation plan.

Cons

Some cons include limited paid holidays, limited ability to work from home, and needing to park off site with limited access to your car during the work day. However these cons are more specific to the industry and in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons here at Tower Health.

Thanks for your 5 star rating of Tower Health! We are glad to hear that you are happy with your employment at Tower Health as well as working with an innovative leadership team. Since the the writing of your review, we are excited to share that working from home is now an option in which many employees are participating. We do have 6 paid holidays but our very generous earned time off (ETO) program provides employees with the opportunity to carry over ETO from year to year as well as utilize ETO for Holidays that are not covered under our Paid Holiday Benefit Program.
