Good Benefits. Many good managers in place in some departments.

Cons

Care provision is strongly revenue driven. Longevity with organization, work ethic or dedication and quality of work is not considered if department is not generating enough revenue.

Getting pulled to units. When you are not float pool and not getting paid as such. Getting pulled to specialize floors you know nothing about.
