Pros

Some cool cases come in. Nice patient population.

Cons

Company does not care for employees. No paid maternity leave, only allowed out for 6 weeks. They say on their policy “bonding is not a medical condition”. Very insensitive. Management can take as long as they need though. You may not use sick time until you are out for 3 consecutive days. The first 3 days have to be your own personal or vacation time. (You pretty much have to be dying to use sick time and you will still get points for it). Poor pay with your yearly 1-3% raise. (Woohoo). Benefits suck. They really only cover tower health docs and you still owe astronomical amounts out of pocket. Points system for lates and call offs is a joke. The whole company just doesn’t give a crap about its employees. We are suffering. We are all looking for new jobs.
