1. The employees at Tower Health are so dedicated and passionate about what they do! 2. The care I receive from my physician is the best and they are so proactive with my care. Feels like we are partners in my care! 3. The teamwork in my dept is so strong with people working together for the success of the dept, employees in the organization, and the communities we serve. 4. I feel appreciated and valued for my work and efforts. 5. Co- workers feel like family.
