Pros

I was hired right out of college and then promoted to a branch manager in just 7 months. Tower provides excellent opportunities for advancement as they do almost all of their promotions from within the company. They also provide a very competitive salary with the ability to make monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on your performance. Tower also offers multiple benefits such as 401k, paid vacation, and free vacation condos just to name a few. Overall all if you work hard for Tower, then Tower will take care of you!

Cons

Tower does require you to relocate after you are promoted into management but will be right beside you to help make the move and transition as easy as possible. I have personally moved for Tower Loan 3 different times and Tower took care of everything each and every time.

A true career

Pros

Very competitive salary for entry level positions with rapid advancement opportunities. Tower almost exclusively promotes from within allowing for personal growth as well as ensuring all levels of management know how operations work from the ground up. They have been in these positions and know how to handle day to day issues. I have been with the company for 7 years and have been promoted 6 times. I managed 4 offices and have supervised 2 territories. I feel those above me are personally invested in my success. The company offers many incentives such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on performance. I have also been able to take advantage of many performance based contests where I have won trips to Miami, a cruise, and multiple hunting trips. The company has also had a big impact on my personal/social life as I have not only made business acquaintances but many lifelong friends.

Cons

I don't know that there are many cons outside of what you would expect from any job. We are very goal oriented and as an employee you are expected to perform at a high level but there is always someone to help you get back on track during times of struggle. The only major hurdle is having to relocate for advancement opportunities. I can see how this can be difficult for young employees with children and spouses but this is a topic that is covered thoroughly throughout the hiring and training process.

Pros

There are many pros to working for Tower Loan. I have been with the company for a little over a year now and it's been great. They pay you very well for the job you do and you get bonuses, which helps to keep you motivated. They hire young people (like myself, I'm 23) and give you the opportunity to have a career you can stick with. There are so many great people that help you while you are growing in the company. I have had 2 supervisors ( 1 as a trainee and then my current one as a manager) and they have both been awsome. Any time I need a question answered or need to know how to do something, they are always there to help. When I first got promoted into management I was like 'oh crap, what now?' But they have helped to guide me through everything that has come my way. When it came to relocating I was really nervous, I have a family and I was a little worried on how it was going to go. Tower Loan took great care of us, making sure we found a place in our new town and even help in finding after school care for my step daughter. One of my favorite things about my job is being able to help people get a loan that maybe wouldnt be able to get one otherwise. It makes a difference in people's lives when you can help them with medical expenses or to provide Christmas for their families. I didn't mean to write a book, but I will end saying I highly recommend this company. They take care of their people and will start you in a career you can count on.

Cons

Every job has its challenges. We are a finance company, and let's face it some people are a little slow on paying their bills. The biggest challenge I face as a manager is trying to stay in contact with people who don't like to answer their phones. It's a little frustrating sometimes but in the end it usually works out.
