      Pros

      Tower loan has given me the opportunity to learn the financial industry in multiple ways. Great starting pay. Great monthly incentive pay. Substantial annual bonus. Above average benefits. Awesome teamwork! There are a few late nights but if you are passionate about what you do and possess a strong work ethic this is no problem.

      Cons

      Work is work. If you do your job there are not many cons.

      Pros

      Tower is a great company to work for! We have a very friendly work environment with great managers, directors, and other staff. The pay is good and you are offered bonus incentive pay, health benefits, and more. I really enjoy coming to my job everyday and I would recommend it to anyone. If you want a job with a stable and enjoyable environment, Tower is the way to go!!
