Pros

Smart people working hard. Team commitment to big goals. Great customers doing really interesting work with their influencers. Differentiated rock solid SaaS product proven with users with high expectations. Customer driven improvement. Transparency of leadership. Thoughtful, people-centered management. No jerks.

Cons

Distributed team makes communication more important, sometimes challenging. Many different approaches to influencer marketing complicate and muddy marketplace perceptions. Tight labor market in San Francisco means many interviews to get right people.

Great Company with a Great Culture and a Strong Team

Pros

Best of Breed product in IM arena; one of the originators of the whole concept of IM. Customers love product. Highly competent team. Although a small company it already has a strong international presence. Relatively low turnover. Good place to build good products or sell products that deliver value or support products that customers find very useful

Cons

As a boot strapped company there aren't any perks/extras. It all goes into the company. Salaries aren't the highest, but everyone has equity. Not a place for people who aren't good or focused on what they do!
